QUICK PRAWN MASALA
Being a prawn lover. Im always in a mood of creating new recipes while making it. It would be my first proper post on my blog hence proved that i larveeee prawns..
Its a very quick recipe can be made in no time.
Serves: 2

Ingredients:
Prawns (cleaned and deveined) 400gram
Green chillies 3-4 (i love green chillies)
Black pepper 1/2tsp
Red crushed pepper 1/2 tsp
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Tomatoes 1
Garlic paste 1-1/2 tsp
Ginger paste 1/2 tsp
Oil 1/4 cup
1. Take a pan
2. Heat oil
3. Add ginger and garlic paste fry well, add sliced tomatoes with all the spices like turmeric, black and red pepper, green chillies and salt. cook well till tomatoes soften.
4. Fry well till oil leaves the masala , now add prawns.
5. Cook for 5-8 minutes (Dont over cook prawns. Overcooked prawns are rubbery and BAD)
6. Serve Hottt! Yes! Hot prawns are GOOD!!
